Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Lead to join our team at PRESTMIT GLOBAL SERVICES. In this full-time role, you will ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, manage escalated complaints, and track customer issues. You will collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance the customer experience and supervise a team of Customer Support Representatives.
Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month.
