Job Description
Manage user transactions, requests, and complaints via our admin interface. Handle inquiries, resolve payment disputes, reconcile accounts, improve processes, and update customers. Requirements: 1+ year experience, BSc, computer literate with average typing speed, multitasking, available nights/weekends, live near Lekki, Lagos. Full-time; pay ₦175,00/month.
