Job Description
Prime Watermark Consulting is seeking a dedicated Kitchen/Catering Operations Manager to oversee our kitchen team and ensure excellence in food preparation and service.
Key responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, coordinating food orders, supervising food preparation and cooking, and checking food plating and temperature.
You will also establish portion sizes, schedule staff shifts, collaborate with management to price menu items, and order necessary food supplies and kitchen equipment.
We offer a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary of ₦100,00. A post-secondary education and a minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience are required.
