Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead financial planning, reporting, and risk management. The CFO will oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, compliance, and investor relations, drive cost optimization and growth strategies, and partner with the CEO and board on strategic decisions. Responsibilities include financial modeling, KPI development, capital allocation, and building a high-performing finance team. Candidates should have 10+ years of progressive finance experience, strong leadership, analytical skills, and a relevant degree (CPA/MBA preferred). Proven experience in scaling businesses and ensuring regulatory compliance is required.
