Job Description
Join Prixair Group Ltd as Hotel Manager overseeing full hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Lead front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security teams; recruit, train, and schedule staff; manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance; enforce health and safety and regulatory compliance; resolve escalated guest issues; review daily reports and KPIs; and coordinate with suppliers. Requirements: relevant education, strong leadership and people management, excellent communication and customer service, solid hotel operations knowledge, budgeting and reporting skills, and proven problem-solving. Prior hotel management experience is a strong advantage. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦120,00–₦200,00 per month.
