Job Description
We are seeking a Facility Officer to ensure safe, efficient building operations. You will manage maintenance, repairs, preventive programs, vendor and contractor coordination, security, utilities, space planning, and facilities budget tracking. The role requires 2+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience, basic HVAC/electrical knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Certification in facilities management or safety is a plus.
