Job Description
Promatic Nigeria is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Attendant for a full-time on-site position in Lagos. The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer complaints, providing feedback, promoting sales, and participating in training sessions to remain informed about company policies and services.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service and experience skills
