Job Description

Proten International seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Lekki Phase 1. This full-time role (₦200,00–₦250,00/month, net pay up to ₦250,00) supports daily operations, supervises and motivates service staff, manages schedules and training, handles customer issues, monitors cleanliness and safety, and assists with inventory and cost control. Candidates should hold OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality or a related field, have 1–3 years’ restaurant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a customer-service focus, and availability for flexible shifts including weekends.
