Job Description
Pruvia Integrated Limited (PIL), a key player in the real estate sector, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. This is a full-time position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent knowledge of current tourism trends
- Provide tailored travel options based on client needs
- Engage potential clients via cold calls and emails
- Handle customer complaints and deliver solutions promptly
- Build strong relationships through effective communication
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc. in any field
- 2-3 years of experience in a travel and tour company
- Proficient in English with good CRM knowledge
Salary: N100,00 Monthly.
