Job Description
We are seeking a Venture Validation and Growth Lead to validate new business ideas, design experiments, and scale validated ventures. You will run customer discovery, build MVPs, analyze metrics, and develop go-to-market strategies.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in startup or product roles, strong analytical and UX skills, and experience with growth marketing, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management required.
This role reports to the Head of Ventures and offers a chance to shape high-impact products and revenue growth.
