Job Description
Join PWAN GROUP as a Human Resource Officer! You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, oversee payroll operations, develop HR policies, and handle employee relations. Your role will also include coordinating training initiatives and maintaining accurate employee records.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, a minimum of 3 years of HR experience (preferably in real estate), and strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws. Proficiency in HR software and excellent communication skills are essential.
