Job Description
PWAN Group, a leading real estate firm with a head office in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive. In this full-time role, you will manage incoming phone calls, generate sales leads, and build sustainable relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum qualification of HND and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Your responsibilities will include addressing customer complaints, providing solutions, and meeting service team targets. Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are highly advantageous.
