Job Description
PWAN Group seeks a full-time Customer Service Executive in Marwa, Lekki, Lagos. Handle high-volume inbound calls, generate leads, assess needs, build relationships, resolve complaints, maintain records, and meet sales/call targets. Requires B.Sc or HND, minimum 2 years’ experience, excellent phone/email etiquette, strong communication, calm complaint handling; MS Office a plus.
