Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure service excellence. You will manage key accounts, develop expansion plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver performance reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in account management or client services, strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in upselling and retention, and the ability to analyze data to inform strategy. Bachelor’s degree preferred; leadership and CRM experience required.
