Job Description
Manage daily reconciliation and timely settlement of transactions across platforms; reconcile records with banks, gateways, and partners; investigate discrepancies, reversals, and failed settlements; prepare settlements per SLAs; monitor accounts; produce reconciliation reports and audit trails. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related; 2–3 years in reconciliation/settlement (fintech/banking/payments preferred); strong transaction lifecycle knowledge; detail-oriented; Excel/Sheets proficient. Compensation: ₦200,00–₦250,00/month, plus commission and bonuses; hybrid (three days onsite).
