Job Description
About the Role: Quintevo Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Windows Server Professional (Level 3) to manage advanced server administration and infrastructure projects. This role includes leading escalations, designing solutions for enterprise environments, and ensuring the reliability and security of Windows Server systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex Windows Server incidents as the highest escalation point.
- Design and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Lead server migration and backup solutions.
- Mentor junior support staff and develop technical documentation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field. 10+ years of backend support; 5+ years with Windows Server & VMware virtualization.
