Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources & Operations Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and daily operations. You will coordinate hiring, maintain personnel records, assist with payroll, improve processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; 1–3 years of HR or operations experience; strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with MS Office; discretion and ability to multitask.
