Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, and meet production targets. You will supervise a team, coordinate schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, troubleshoot process issues, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of lean principles, and the ability to analyze production metrics.
