Job Description
RA Think Design is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will maintain a positive, professional attitude; respond promptly across channels; resolve complaints; know our products; process orders and records; coordinate with colleagues; provide process feedback; handle large call volumes; generate leads; assess customer needs; and follow company procedures to ensure satisfaction. Requirements: HND/BSc, minimum 5 years customer service experience (furniture experience preferred), proven quota over-achievement, strong phone and active-listening skills, CRM proficiency, excellent communication and presentation, and ability to multitask and prioritize. Salary ₦120,00–₦150,00/month. Lagos commute or relocation required.
