Job Description
Recruit Factory is hiring a Guest Experience Specialist for short-let apartments in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This full-time role (₦150,00–₦200,00/month) requires managing guest communications across WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and booking platforms; coordinating check-ins and check-outs; confirming apartment readiness; conducting post-checkout inspections; liaising with cleaners and operations; and resolving guest issues calmly to ensure excellent stays. Candidates should have strong written and spoken English, excellent customer service, a friendly, professional attitude, multitasking and organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic Microsoft Office ability.
