Job Description
Oversee daily operations and performance across a cluster of locations to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and evaluate store managers; enforce operational standards, inventory control, and compliance. Analyze P&L, set targets, manage budgets, and implement local initiatives to improve KPIs. Coordinate staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and service levels. Serve as liaison between headquarters and field teams, delivering reports, action plans, and continuous improvement suggestions. Required: 3-5 years multi-unit management experience, strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and willingness to travel. Preferred: bachelor’s degree and proficiency with retail and operations systems.
