<p>About the Role <br />We are looking for proactive and results-driven State Coordinators to oversee the marketing and sales of solar products within their residential state. This role is ideal for individuals with strong networking, marketing, and sales skills who are passionate about promoting renewable energy solutions.<br />As a State Coordinator, you will lead grassroots marketing efforts, build customer networks, and drive sales of our solar products across your state.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Promote and market solar products within your assigned state.</li>
<li>Identify and engage potential customers, partners, and distributors.</li>
<li>Organize local marketing activities and outreach campaigns</li>
<li>Build and manage a network of sales representatives/agents (where applicable)</li>
<li>Provide regular sales and activity reports.</li>
</ul>
<p>Compensation</p>
<ul>
<li>Commission-Based Pay: Earnings are directly tied to the volume of sales you generate — the more you sell, the more you earn.</li>
<li>In addition, a ₦30,000 Monthly Allowance to support administrative and logistics expenses</li>

<p>A reputable organisation in the power and renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee transportation ,warehousing, fleet operations ,and end-to-end supply chain processes for a major project. The role requires strong operational competence ,excellent coordination skills ,and the ability to ensure efficiency ,accuracy ,and cost-effectiveness across all logistics activities. Practical logistics management experience will be prioritised over formal qualifications.</p>
<p>Qualifications: </p>
<ul>
<li>Design and implement electrical and solar power systems for project activities.</li>
<li>Plan ,coordinate ,and monitor daily logistics operations or project activities.</li>
<li>Manage inventory ,warehousing ,transportation ,and delivery schedules.</li>
<li>Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.</li>
<li>Monitor fleet operations ,vehicle utilisation ,route planning ,and dispatch activities.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with vendors ,drivers ,and transportation partners.</li>
<li>Develop and implement logistics procedures ,SOPs ,and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Oversee receiving ,storage, and movement of goods and project materials.</li>

<li>Ensure full compliance with regulatory ,safety ,and company standards.</li>
<li>Support procurement planning by providing accurate inventory and logistics data.</li>
<li>Supervise logistics staff and provide training ,guidance ,and performance oversight.</li>
<li>Uphold professionalism ,discipline ,and high-quality service delivery at all times. QUALIFICATIONSANDEXPERIENCE:</li>
<li>HND/B .Sc in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
<li>Professional certifications (e.g. ,supply chain, logistics operations) are an advantage but not compulsory.</li>
<li>Minimum 4 years’ hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain management.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of transport coordination ,warehousing, inventory control, and fleet management.</li>

<li>Strong leadership ,communication ,and team management abilities.</li>

<p> Position Overview<br /> Herbal Goodness is seeking a highly experienced AI Automation &amp; Strategy Lead to drive the company’s end-to-end artificial intelligence, automation, and data strategy. This individual will architect and implement agentic and sub-agent workflows across the organization, build AI-driven systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting, and lead adoption of AI tools and best practices company-wide.</p>
<p>This role combines strategy, systems architecture, and hands-on implementation. The successful candidate will play a central role in building our internal technology capabilities and shaping the future of how Herbal Goodness operates.</p>

<p> Key Responsibilities</p>
<div> AI &amp; Automation Strategy </p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and lead the company’s AI and automation roadmap aligned with business goals.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and reduce operational friction through AI.</li>
<li>Drive adoption of AI tools and workflows across departments, including training and change management.</li>
<li>Establish AI standards, governance frameworks, and playbooks across the organization.</li>

<div> Workflow Design &amp; Implementation </p>
<ul>
<li>Design and implement agentic and sub-agent workflows across key business processes.</li>
<li>Build and maintain automations using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and Claude Code.</li>
<li>Lead business process mapping and redesign initiatives to ensure workflows are optimized prior to automation.</li>

<div> AI Systems, ERP &amp; Reporting </p>
<ul>
<li>Architect and build AI-driven ERP and operational systems to support workflow automation, reporting, and analytics.</li>
<li>Create dashboards and reporting systems to support executive and operational decision-making.</li>
<li>Build internal dashboards and reporting pipelines using Looker Studio and related tools.</li>

<div> Data, Databases Tools &amp; Analytics </p>

<li>Design and manage structured databases, data environments and reporting pipelines.</li>

<p> About the Role</p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced, independent, and self-sufficient Purchasing Manager to take full ownership of our procurement process. This is a high-autonomy, part-time role designed for a seasoned professional who can manage the entire purchase order lifecycle — from requisition to reconciliation — with minimal supervision. This is for an experienced professional looking to earn extra income.</p>

<p>You will act as the primary bridge between our internal teams and external vendors, ensuring that orders are placed accurately, payments are processed on time, and goods are received and reconciled efficiently.<br /> Must respond within 30 minutes to 1 hour to emails and perform tasks so as not to be a blocker to the team.<br /> Must be familiar with QuickBooks online and ERP systems.</p>
<p> Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>End-to-End PO Management: Receive internal purchase requisitions, verify details, and generate official Purchase Orders (approx. 3–5 POs per week).</li>
<li>Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors. Send POs, confirm receipt, and resolve any discrepancies in pricing or availability.</li>
<li>Payment Processing: Initiate and process vendor payments, ensuring alignment with credit terms and cash flow schedules.</li>
<li>Invoice Management: Chase outstanding vendor invoices and ensure all documentation is complete before payment.</li>
<li>Reconciliation: Verify that items received match the POs and invoices. Flag and resolve any shortages or overages immediately.</li>
<li>Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, organized records of all procurement activities for the Finance Team.</li>
</ul>

<p> Requirements</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager, Procurement Specialist, or Supply Chain Lead.</li>
<li>Location: Residence in Abuja, NIgeria is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Availability: Must be available to respond to emails and process urgent tasks during Central Standard Time (9 AM – 4 PM CST).</li>
<li>Skills:

<li>Strong proficiency in Purchase Order software or ERP systems.</li>
<li>Experience in Quick Books Online and ERP systems.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills.</li>
