Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective customers to promote banking products such as accounts, loans, cards, and digital banking services.

Meet and exceed assigned sales and acquisition targets.

Conduct field sales, market activations, and customer visits to generate leads.

Educate customers on product features, benefits, and requirements.

Assist customers with account opening and documentation processes.

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank policies during customer onboarding.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements

Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or related field.

1 year of sales experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services (entry-level candidates with strong sales skills may be considered).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Good knowledge of banking products and customer service principles is an advantage.
