<li>Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and served promptly</li>

<p>Team Supervision</p>

<li>Supervise waiters and service staff during shifts</li>

<li>Enforce discipline, punctuality, and proper grooming standards</li>
</ul>
<p>Operations</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow</li>
<li>Monitor order accuracy, portion presentation, and service timing</li>
<li>Oversee opening and closing of shifts</li>
<li>Handle POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation where required</li>
<li>coordinate dispatch riders</li>
</ul>
<p>Hygiene &amp; Compliance</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements &amp; Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2–3 years experience as a senior waiter, supervisor, or head waiter</li>
<li>Experience in a restaurant, café, quick-service, or fast-casual environment</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy service floor</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling</li>
<li>SSCE / OND / HND qualification preferred</li>
</ul>

<p>Retail and Distribution Services Limited (RANDS) is an exclusive distributor of unique consumer utility products which offer solutions to a diverse set of challenges often experienced in daily life.</p>
<p>The Role</p>
<p>RANDS is seeking to hire an experienced Technical Sales Executive for the role of promoting, selling, and providing technical guidance for laboratory instruments and equipment used across process industries and related manufacturing companies, including cement, metals, refineries, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, mining, research and development, and academia.</p>
<p>This role requires a combination of science knowledge, customer engagement, and commercial skills to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and meaningfully contribute to the company’s business growth.</p>
<p>Job Description</p>
<p>· Identify potential customers and develop sales opportunities for laboratory instruments and equipment.</p>
<p>· Present and demonstrate laboratory instruments and applications to prospective clients.</p>
<p>· Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs.</p>
<p>· Prepare proposals, and follow up on sales leads.</p>
<p>· Responsible for growing and achieving revenue targets. This includes not only closing deals but also ensuring that contracts are profitable and align with RanDs’ financial goals.</p>
<p>· Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and market intelligence.</p>
<p>· Keep up-to-date with the latest laboratory technologies, products, and industry trends.</p>
<p>· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.</p>
<p>·</p>
<p>Conduct market analysis to identify growing demand for laboratory instruments and solutions.</p>
<p>· Develop and maintain a database of key account customers, including those currently using competitor products.</p>
<p>· Tabulate customer data to evaluate customer satisfaction and likelihood to switch from competitor products, assisting in prioritizing sales efforts.</p>
<p>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset and good leadership skills in addition to:</p>
<p>· Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Materials Science, or related science discipline.</p>
<p>· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales (B2B)</p>
<p>· Prior experience in technical sales or laboratory instruments is an advantage.</p>
<p>· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</p>
<p>· Computer Literacy/proficiency in MS office &#8211; excel and power point presentations</p>
<p>· Customer-focused with the ability to understand technical requirements.</p>
<p>· Strong Negotiation skills</p>
<p>· Basic understanding of laboratory instruments, testing methods, and applications.</p>
<p>· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.</p>
<p>· Willingness for extensive travelling to attend client sites as and when needed.</p>

<p>We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Fundraiser with proven NGO experience to mobilize resources and build strong donor relationships that support our mission. <li>Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in fundraising within an NGO or non-profit organization</li>
<li>Proven track record of successful fundraising and donor engagement</li>
<li>Experience writing grant proposals and donor reports</li>
<li>Strong understanding of donor compliance and reporting requirements</li>
<li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills</li>
</ul>
<p>PREFERRED SKILLS</p>

<p>We are hiring a Customer Support &amp; After-Sales Executive to serve as the face and voice of Maxitech Global for all post-sale customer interactions.</p>
<p>This role is responsible for handling support inquiries, after-sales coordination, and warranty cases with clarity, discipline, and professionalism.<br />It is not a sales role. It is a trust and control role.</p>
<p>You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Operations and work closely with Technical Services and Operations teams.</p>
<p>Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support &amp; Communication</p>
<ul>
<li>Handle customer support inquiries via walk-in desk, phone, email, and WhatsApp.</li>
<li>Acknowledge all issues promptly and communicate in a calm, professional manner.</li>
<li>Set clear expectations and provide regular updates until resolution.</li>
</ul>
<p>Ticketing &amp; Case Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Log all support cases into the company’s support tracker / ticketing system.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records including customer details, product serial numbers, issue type, and resolution status.</li>
<li>Ensure no case is handled without proper documentation.</li>
</ul>
<p>After-Sales &amp; Warranty Coordination</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate diagnostics, repairs, DOA cases, and warranty claims with internal teams and vendors.</li>
<li>Ensure all warranty processes follow OEM and company policies.</li>
<li>Follow up consistently until cases are fully resolved.</li>
</ul>
<p>Escalation &amp; Control</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a gatekeeper for escalations—only validated and documented cases are escalated.</li>
<li>Prepare escalation summaries for the Head of Commercial Operations when remedies are required.</li>
<li>Prevent unauthorized commitments, refunds, or replacements.</li>
</ul>
<p>Reporting</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide weekly reports on:</li>
<li>Number of support tickets</li>
<li>Aging and resolution status</li>
<li>Recurring issues</li>
<li>Escalations and warranty exposure</li>
</ul>
<p>Service Level Expectations (SLAs)</p>
<ul>
<li>First response to customer inquiries: within 30 minutes (business hours)</li>
<li>Minor support issues: resolved within 48 hours</li>
<li>Diagnostics and repair coordination: within 3 working days</li>
<li>Warranty or vendor-dependent cases: 5–7 working days, with daily customer updates</li>
<li>No unresolved ticket beyond 14 days without formal escalation</li>
</ul>
<p>Authority Limits</p>
<ul>
<li>This role does not approve refunds, replacements, discounts, or concessions.</li>
<li>All financial or commercial remedies must be approved by the Head of Commercial Operations.</li>
<li>Unauthorized promises or commitments are strictly prohibited.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements</p>
<ul>
<li>2–3 years experience in customer service, after-sales support, or service coordination.</li>
<li>Strong written and spoken English.</li>
<li>Calm, professional, and structured communication style.</li>
<li>Highly organized and comfortable working with logs, trackers, and systems.</li>
<li>Ability to handle difficult customers without losing composure.</li>
<li>Experience in tech, electronics, or warranty support is an advantage.</li>
</ul>

<p>Location: Ikeja (on‑site)</p>
<p>Role overview</p>
<p>We are looking for a meticulous Warehouse &amp; Inventory Officer to keep LSA Home’s warehouse running smoothly. You will manage all stock‑related activities – from receiving and put‑away to daily cycle counts and monthly inventory reconciliations – ensuring that every mattress, pillow and bedding item is accurately tracked and readily available for our customers.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities:</p>
<p>&#8211; Receiving &amp; put‑away – Verify inbound shipments against purchase orders, inspect for damage, and enter receipt details into the ERP system within 24 hours.</p>
<p>&#8211; Order picking &amp; packing – Generate pick‑lists, locate items efficiently, and pack orders for dispatch while maintaining product integrity.</p>
<p>&#8211; Inventory counting – Conduct daily cycle counts on high‑turnover SKUs and full physical inventory counts at month‑end; investigate and resolve any variances promptly.</p>
<p>&#8211; Stock monitoring – Maintain real‑time inventory levels in the ERP, trigger reorder alerts, and prepare purchase requisitions for the Procurement team.</p>
<p>&#8211; Discrepancy management – Document and reconcile stock discrepancies, adjust inventory records, and report major issues to the Warehouse Manager.</p>
<p>&#8211; Warehouse organization – Keep aisles clear, label storage locations, and implement 5S practices to support safe and efficient operations.</p>
<p>&#8211; Safety &amp; compliance – Follow all health‑and‑safety protocols, wear required PPE, and ensure all handling equipment is in good working order.</p>
<p>&#8211; Reporting – Produce weekly inventory reports, highlight trends, and suggest process improvements to senior management.</p>
<p>*What we’re looking for*</p>
<p>&#8211; Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse or inventory role, preferably in home‑goods, furniture or related retail.</p>
<p>&#8211; Proficiency with ERP/inventory software (Odoo, ZOHO, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.</p>
<p>&#8211; Strong attention to detail and proven ability to conduct accurate physical counts.</p>
<p>&#8211; Physical ability to lift up to 30 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.</p>
<p>&#8211; Excellent communication skills in English and a team‑oriented attitude.</p>
