]]> The MHPSS Officer will implement mental health and psychosocial support programs, conduct assessments, provide individual and group support, and refer cases for specialized care. Responsibilities include case management, staff capacity building, community outreach, coordination with partners, and monitoring and reporting. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field; 2+ years MHPSS experience in humanitarian or clinical settings; familiarity with IASC MHPSS guidelines; strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and documentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and travel to field sites is required. Fluency in English; additional local language skills preferred.
