Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling and product advice
Promote and sell fashion products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain deep knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and brand story
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
Ensure the store is clean, well-arranged, and visually appealing at all times
Assist with stock receiving, tagging, shelving, and stock counts
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and loss prevention procedures

Key Requirements

Minimum of ND, HND or B.sc
2-3 years of sales or customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience in the fashion retail space is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage

Compensation Structure

Basic salary of N120,000 – N150,000 depending on experience
Robust sales incentives, bonuses and commissions

Pay: ₦120,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
