Role Overview

We are seeking a Development Programs & Grants Manager to lead grant sourcing, proposal development, and the implementation of donor-funded programs at Slate Impact Foundation. This role is responsible for identifying funding opportunities, securing grants, and ensuring programs are executed effectively, compliantly, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Grants & Resource Mobilization

• Proactively identify relevant grant and donor funding opportunities (local and international)
• Lead grant applications, including concept notes, full proposals, budgets, and supporting documents
• Coordinate internal and partner inputs for grant writing and submissions
• Maintain a grants pipeline and track application statuses

Program Implementation & Operations

• Manage the implementation of donor- and development-funded programs under Slate Impact Foundation
