Job Description
Rekopel Ressources seeks a Front Desk Officer responsible for coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness, answering calls, welcoming guests, and managing check-ins/outs. Maintain accurate guest information and booking records, keep the front desk clean and organized, and professionally resolve guest complaints. Provide clear information about hotel facilities and amenities, handle reservations across all booking channels, and perform other duties as assigned. Full-time position with pay of ₦70,00–₦100,00 per month. Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills required.
