Job Description
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦100,00 – ₦150,00 monthly
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to manage and support our company’s internal app. You will ensure smooth app operations, assist employees with technical issues, onboard new users, and optimize app performance.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Providing technical support for the internal app
– Training new users
– Monitoring app performance
– Coordinating system updates
– Supporting HR and Admin with app-related tasks.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 1-2 years of IT support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
