Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Driver Onboarding Officer to join our team at Reposebay in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate should have experience in mobility companies like Gokada, Moove, Bolt, or Uber. Your role will include recruiting, onboarding, and managing commercial drivers while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard qualified drivers.
- Conduct interviews and verify documentation.
- Educate drivers on compliance and service expectations.
- Manage the seamless onboarding process.
- Support driver engagement and monitor performance.
Requirements: 2+ years in driver recruitment, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
