Job Description
Reposebay in Ologolo, Lekki seeks a creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen. Full-time role; salary ₦200,00/month. The ideal candidate holds a culinary degree, has 3–5 years as a Head Chef, and strong expertise in African and continental cuisines. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation and presentation, developing menus and cost-effective recipes, supervising and training kitchen staff, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance, monitoring stock and coordinating procurement, minimizing food waste, and aligning kitchen output with operations. Must have excellent leadership, creativity, time management, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
