Job Description
Reposebay seeks an experienced Operations Manager to run daily restaurant and kitchen operations in Ologolo, Lekki. Responsible for leading staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and customer service, managing inventory and supplier deliveries, resolving operational issues, enforcing health and safety, preparing weekly reports, and collaborating with the Head Chef and Procurement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in restaurant operations management, strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills. Full-time; pay ₦200,00/month.
