REVENSTRAT CONSULTING in Lagos seeks a full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative to manage calls, emails, and walk-ins; maintain records; provide service/project information; follow up with clients; resolve issues; support sales and project teams; and prepare reports. Requirements: OND/HND/BSc, 1–3 years customer service experience (healthcare a plus), strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
