Job Description
Lead Road Mechanisms Limited’s sales and marketing team to drive revenue, elevate customer experience, and grow brand loyalty. Oversee sales strategy, supervise and train associates, monitor daily performance and inventory, and cultivate relationships with walk-in customers, fleets, and corporate clients. Launch and promote products, coordinate in-store promotions and digital campaigns, manage advertising and social media, and organize events and roadshows. Prepare weekly reports, ensure accurate sales posting, and conduct inventory counts. Full-time, permanent, open to new grads. Pay: ₦65,00–₦160,00/month. Expected start date: 01/12/2025.
