Job Description
Rome Business School Nigeria, a leading educational institution known for its high-quality business education, is seeking a Senior Human Resource Officer in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time position involves strategic HR management, performance evaluations, employee training, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields, HR experience, strong HR knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS software is required.
