Job Description
Roots and Juices Limited seeks a smart, friendly, reliable Customer Care Officer for a full-time role starting 07/01/2026. Responsibilities include managing WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries, taking and confirming orders, following up payments and deliveries, handling feedback and complaints, maintaining records, and posting engaging marketing content to drive sales. Candidate must have minimum SSCE or OND, strong written and verbal communication, smartphone and social media proficiency, and customer-service disposition; experience is an advantage. Applicants must live around Woji/Elelenwo/Akpajo axis. Salary from ₦75,00/month.
