Job Description

Lead our production team to meet quality, safety, and output goals. Coordinate schedules, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Supervise and train staff, monitor KPIs, manage equipment upkeep, and enforce safety and compliance standards.

Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in manufacturing supervision, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; familiarity with lean principles and production software.
