ROVEDANA LIMITED is looking for a motivated Human Resources Executive. The ideal candidate will manage daily HR operations, assist with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2-3 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
* Good understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
* Proficient in MS Office; HRIS experience is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
