Job Description
Location: Allen, Lagos. Full-time. Salary: ₦80,00/month. Sabipromote seeks a professional Collection Officer to recover outstanding payments, manage overdue accounts, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities include contacting customers, collecting payments (cash, bank transfer, cheque), issuing receipts, negotiating repayment plans, preparing reconciliation reports, and escalating disputed accounts. Requirements: SSCE or OND minimum, collections experience preferred, strong communication and negotiation skills, basic numeracy, integrity, and ability to work independently. Role may involve fieldwork and flexible hours within Lagos.
