Job Description
Join our Warri team full-time as a frontline Customer Service Representative welcoming customers politely and promptly, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and accuracy, providing clear product and service information across Safari outlets, maintaining accurate records and escalating issues when necessary, collaborating with sales, operations, and supervisory teams to ensure service excellence, and upholding company policies, service standards, and ethical conduct. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦80,00–₦150,00 per month. Requirements: Higher National Diploma, NYSC, 1 year customer service experience preferred, English language preferred.
