Job Description
We are seeking a friendly Guest Services Executive to join our Abuja team. You will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide local information to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Required: one or more years of customer service experience, excellent English communication, strong problem-solving skills, and basic computer proficiency. Hospitality background preferred.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, processing payments, and resolving complaints professionally. Must be available for flexible shifts.
