Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative support, manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and handle confidential communications. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, prioritizes tasks, and ensures smooth daily operations.
Requirements: 3+ years supporting C-level executives, excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization and discretion, advanced proficiency with calendar management and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
You will prepare briefings and reports, coordinate with stakeholders, and act with professionalism and initiative to solve problems efficiently.
