Job Description
Salym Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to provide essential administrative support for the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and perform a variety of clerical tasks to assist our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Preparing and distributing meeting materials and minutes
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Providing general administrative support to the team
