Job Description
We are hiring a Reservation and Facility Manager to oversee reservations, front-desk operations, and property maintenance. You will manage room inventory and booking systems, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, supervise staff scheduling, and ensure high standards of guest service. Lead vendor relationships, control budgets, perform regular facility inspections, and prepare operational reports. Candidate must have 3+ years in hospitality management, familiarity with PMS and booking channels, strong communication, problem-solving, and basic budgeting skills.
