Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Business Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee staff management, budgeting, inventory control, vendor relations, marketing initiatives, and compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multi-unit restaurant management, strong financial acumen, proven leadership, excellent communication, and ability to analyze sales and control costs. Responsibilities include setting KPIs, training teams, optimizing processes, and collaborating with owners to implement growth strategies. A degree in hospitality or business is preferred.
