Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus featuring diverse Nigerian dishes.
- Source fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Manage kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness.
- Create new Nigerian-inspired dishes.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Professional Chef in Nigerian cuisine.
