Job Description
As Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. You will lead a small team to plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and events; manage budgets; analyze performance metrics; optimize ROI; and coordinate with sales and product teams. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, experience with digital advertising, CRM, and analytics tools. Strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making are essential.
