Job Description
We are seeking an A&R Manager to identify and develop musical talent, guide artistic direction, and manage recording projects. You will scout artists, evaluate demos, coordinate studio sessions, build relationships with producers and songwriters, and contribute to repertoire strategy. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in the music industry, an excellent ear for marketable talent, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a wide network.
