Job Description
Manage bookings across platforms, welcome guests, handle inquiries/complaints, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, enforce policies, monitor occupancy, upsell services and report performance. Full-time Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm in Apo Resettlement, Abuja. Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality, Business or related; 2–3 years hospitality/customer service; strong communication and problem‑solving; familiar with online booking platforms; Abuja resident preferred.
