Job Description
The Assistant Operations Manager supports daily operations to ensure efficient production, quality control, and timely delivery. You will coordinate teams, monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and assist with scheduling, budgeting, and vendor relations. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in operations or logistics, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. Responsibilities include reporting performance metrics, training staff, enforcing safety and compliance, and stepping in for the Operations Manager as needed. We seek a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
